MSW PROJECTS

Waste management is a vital issue around the globe, one that is demanding immediate and effective solutions. In some countries the problem exists at the most base level: collection of garbage is non-existent.

INEWCORP Inc. has developed projects using efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly products and systems for the reformation of waste material, waste management and creation of renewable energy.

INEWCORP has set up a strategy of waste solution based on a good combination of solutions that are proven.

INEWCORP has partnership with the world's leader of state-of-the- art technologies provider for for waste solutions. That Allows the company to apply the best technology that best fit the need of the client and/or the funder and are more efficient according to

We apply either the biomethanation, the pyrolysis, the gasification Or Plasma) or a combination of those existing technologies to solve the best way the the waste dilemma in the big cities of the country.

All the technologies we apply in our projects are owned by our technical partners.

Gsification Project

Gasification technology continues to gain momentum as more customers realize financial benefits from its implementation. Whether you are aiming for better energy sustainability or reducing your carbon footprint, our patented, commercialized industrial-grade gasification systems can help you achieve a greener future. Our scalable, power-producing systems are custom-designed and built to accommodate each customer’s specific needs

The size of the plant, the generation system used, and the feedstock preparation systems involved, are always factors driven by the needs of the customers. While the basic design components remain very similar, there is no “one size fits all” solution

The high-temperature process that takes place in our patented downdraft gasifiers is thermo-chemical in nature, and because the introduction of very low levels of oxygen in a sealed environment is computer controlled, the reaction reaches and maintains a steady state that provides a consistent output of only two compounds:

Concepts for process integration and combination aim to enable higher process efficiencies, better gas quality and purity, and lower investment costs. The recently developed UNIQUE gasifier which integrates gasification, gas cleaning and conditioning in one reactor unit is an example for a promising process integration. Other interesting concepts combine pyrolysis and gasification or gasification and combustion in single controlled stages. An approach to improve the economic viability and sustainability of the utilization of biomass via gasification is the combined production of more than one product. Polygeneration strategies for the production of multiple energy products from biomass gasification syngas offer high efficiency and flexibility.

Benefits of Plasma Gasification

Plasma gasification provides a number of key benefits:

  • It unlocks the greatest amount of energy from waste

  • Feedstocks can be mixed, such as municipal solid waste, biomass, tires, hazardous waste, and  auto shredder waste

  • It does not generate methane, a potent greenhouse gas

  • It is not incineration and therefore doesn’t produce leachable bottom ash or fly ash

  • It reduces the need for landfilling of waste

  • It produces syngas, which can be combusted in a gas turbine or reciprocating to produce electricity or further processed into chemicals, fertilizers, or transportation fuels—thereby reducing the need for virgin materials to produce these products

  • It has low environmental emissions

Biomethanation Project

INEWCORP biomethanation project is and integrated MSW management complex. The projects rang from 500 tons per day to 2 000 tons per day of MSW to be treated. It combines trhee mai technologies that are the Biomethanation, the RDF process and the fast composting.

The complex produces from the MSW biofertilizer, electricy and recycle material. We implement that project where the biofertilzer is really  required. Different sizes of projects are available:

-  500 TPD to 700 TPD plant (IN-WPL-M700)

- 700 TPD to 1 000 TPD plant  (IN-WPL-M1000)

- 1 000 TPD to 1 200 TPD plant (IN-WPL-M1200)

- 1 200 TPD to 1 500 TPD plant (IN-WPL-M1500)

- 2 000 TPD plant (IN-WPL-M2000)

Any combination of the above sizes can be use to fit with te requirement of the client

INEWCORP's MSW Pyrolysis plant is designed to accept

  • fresh (unsorted) MSW

  • sorted (high calorific) MSW

  • MSW from landfill dumps (with soil)

  • mixture of MSW with other waste, e.g. an industrial waste.

System performance depends on waste parameters: typical pyrolysis plant with the capacity 21 tph (daily treatment of 500 tons) of unsorted MSW generates 12-13 MWh of electricity, i.e daily about 300 MWe (gross).

The input of the pyrolysis plant can be:

  • Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)

  • Waste plastics

  • Medical waste

  • Rubber and tyres

  • E-waste

  • Biomass /wood

  • Organic sludge (sewage /oil / paper sludge)

The output is:

  • Electrical energy ( our main focus)

  • Steam

  • Black carbon

  • Oil

  • Non-oxidized metals

We apply this technology for the plants with small quantity of waste ( less than 600 TPD) or to look after the medical waste, the lyres, the sudges or the e-waste.

WASTE COLLECTION PROJECTS

The collection can be carried out alone or include a biomethanation project or in a pyrolysis project.

We don't encourage the dumping of the waste collecte therefore we always suggest the client to adopt en environmental elimination of waste that is the waste transformation. That project can consist in teaching the client or just implement an effective wste collection process.
