THE GREEN VILLAGE PROJECT

The Green village project is made of:

- An urban zone ( 20 00 ha)

- An agribusiness zone (30 000 ha)

- All infrastructures for power, water, health, ...

- A new bank (Bank License to be granted)

  • The concept of INEWCORP GREEN VILLAGE

The green village concept developed by INEWCORP is negotiated and accepted in many developing countries starting with some African ones.

This “green village”, which global footprint will be 50 000 hectares in size, will include an urban area of ​​20 000 hectares were will be built 20,000 new homes, an industrial sector, and an agricultural area of ​​30,000 hectares (only for farming for exportation and ago-business) where will be planned high efficiency irrigated agriculture.

The green village is a modern village with a self-sustaining income producing projects and infrastructures.

It provides independent electrification system  generated from non-fuel based device,  clean water facility for drinking, including water for irrigation and quality but affordable housings. 

The urban area of ​​20 000 hectares will be associated to the following main urban peripheral components:

  • The Urban zone of the project

  1. 20 000 dwellings to 60 000 (depending on the country) ;

  2. Private schools of international level (primary and secondary education);

  3. Roads infrastructures;

  4. New Bank ( Bank license to be granted to INEWCORP-INC)

  5. Shopping centers;

  6. Sports and educational infrastructures;

  7. A financial institution;

  8. Modern health centers

  9. An industrial zone mainly composed of:

    • An Integrated Waste Transformation and Valorization Complex, processing urban and agricultural waste into electricity and agricultural bio-fertilizer;

    • An Ethanol Refinery (processing center) from "small Mil” residual products;

    • Agribusiness (from an irrigated agricultural area of ​​40 000 hectares)

    • Other garden produces directed to local consumption.

To ensure the proper functioning and preserve its achievements, the INEWCORP Green Village will be fully autonomous in terms of energy, water and sanitation. It will then include its own:

  1. Drinking water system;

  2. Modern sanitation system (sewer and wastewater treatment system); and

  3. Its own power generation system of 100 MW to 150 MW Of renewal energy.

  3. Water system for irrigation

  4. Potable water system

  5. Leisure and entertainment infrastructures for accommodation of the workers

 

  • The Bank

 

This is a completely new bank (new new Bank license), not affiliated to any existing bank in the world, except the ones INEWCORP may already have in some other countries that will back the project. The bank will operate as a normal bank in banking system of the country while it will also : 

- facilitate the financial transaction for the investors and the workers of the project during the life time of the project (at least 40 years)

- supply services to the workers and the inhabitant of the green village

- finance additional projects that may be added to the green village

- supply management services to the project

- All the workers in the village and associated projects will have accounts in the bank

​The project, as design by INEWCORP should allow, amount others to:

  1.  create 25 000 to 100 000 news jobs

  2. give ideal place for living

  3. fight poverty

  4. create as many as possible self-sustaining income activities

  5. be totally green and fight the usage of fossil combustible

  6. provide good medical care

  7. supply good education

  8. transfer technologies

  9. transfer skills

  10. promote tourism

  11. promote environment protection

  12. reduce the lack of houses

  13. generate carbon credit

  14. promote irrigated farming

  15. fight deforestation

  16. promote best practice of environmental care

  17. provide all activities that satisfy the of needs of the families living in the village

The project aims at creating a middle class, so its own market for the houses, the electricity, agricultural products, the industrial products, the bank, and other services and products coming from the project.

The green village is suitable for developing countries and can be implemented in any country to face the poverty and employment dilemma. It's good way to assist countries to achieve the Millennium Development Goals. The components of the village depend strictly on the socioeconomical realities of the hosting country
